On May 24, Intelligence & Integrity Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (I&IET) held a Special Party Lecture on Discipline Education & Award Ceremony for "CPC Member Model Post". The event aimed to thoroughly study and implement the important speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on Party discipline education, strengthen awareness of rules, and ensure strict adherence to the red and bottom lines.

The event was presided over by Li Yan, GM Assistant and Manager of the General Management Department.

Li Hualin, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of JEPCC delivered a lecture titled Adhering to Rules and Upholding Discipline, in which he provided an in-depth interpretation of the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China around the goals of learning, understanding, comprehending, and observing discipline. Using examples and cases, he underscored the importance of self-reflection and self-discipline, reminding Party members and cadres to strictly adhere to the bottom line and the main content and requirements of the "six disciplines" — political, organizational, integrity, mass, work, and personal conduct discipline. The straightforward lecture offered all Party members and cadres in the company valuable insights to strengthen their understanding of Party discipline.

In his lecture, Li Hualin stressed that Party cadres must reinforce their awareness of discipline and rules, maintain a strong political stance, and always remember that upholding discipline and rules is embedded in Communists' political genes.

First, maintain clarity of thought. It is necessary to continuously enhance Party conduct and moral cultivation, foster a correct worldview, outlook on life, values, and views on power and interests, maintain the nature of a public servant and a humble attitude towards personal fame and power, and treat responsibilities with reverence, while staying clear-headed, firm in convictions, and able to withstand challenges instead of being swayed by vanity, personal gain, or the allure of power.

Second, act with caution. Party cadres should regularly reflect on themselves, ensuring they act with integrity and stay true to their responsibilities. They should also strictly control what they ask and say. Every word and action should be connected to the company's image and the responsibilities they bear. Attention should be paid to even the smallest details, ensuring that every aspect is handled with prudence.

Third, keep relationships pure. Strict self-discipline must be upheld, with strict management of family members and friends. Good company should be chosen carefully. Efforts must be made to purify one's "life circle", "social circle", and "friendship circle" to prevent corruption caused by personal favors, abuse of power for personal gain, or the gradual erosion of principles. Decisions should be made under the constraints of law, and actions should be conducted within the framework of established regulations.

Fourth, work with pragmatism. It is necessary to implement the company's development strategy of "One Core and Two Priorities", actively respond to and promote the growth of the new energy operation sector, and strengthen the growth of new businesses to enhance the company's overall market and operation capabilities. Additionally, the sustainable development of the company should be supported by cultivating versatile, multi-skilled talent for strong human resources.

At the event, Deputy General Manager Luo Wei read the I&IET Plan for the Creation of CPC Member Model Post & Pioneer Post. Subsequently, Li Hualin awarded the "CPC Member Model Post" plaques to I&IET's representatives.

I&IET will strictly adhere to the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China, and maintain a sense of reverence, caution, and discipline.
